The material of plastic displays is always a type of plastic sheet (polystyrol, foamed PVC, PET or APET, polypropylene, etc.). This material can be shaped by cutting, milling, gluing, or using forming techniques (vacuum, injection moulding). The vacuum technique can already be cost-effective with smaller numbers, while injection moulding is only advantageous with larger amounts (over 10.000 copies) due to high instrument costs.
